Dr. Meric ERASLAN graduated from Gazi University in Turkey and is an Associate Professor of Sports Science and Physical Education at Akdeniz University. Previously, Dr. Esaslan worked as a faculty member of Sport Sciences at the Department of Physical Education and Sports at  Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Department of Sports Management, with added administrative duties such as the Head of the Department.  Dr. Eraslan has over 100 scientific publications  and is the chapter author of the book 'Football is a Mind Game.' He attended the training given by the Education Department and the Health Board of the Turkish Football Federation TFF, and received the Psychological Performance Counseling Certificate in Football. In addition, Dr. Eraslan has UEFA B Coaching Certificate and Scouting (player and Match Watching Coaching Certificate). He is appointed as TFF Trainer at the Mandatory Development Seminars of Trainers.
